Programs

Founded in 2018, Light and Salt Children's Academy began as a nonprofit children's choir. Our initial mission was to create an outlet where Dallas refugees could express themselves through music. Within the first year, our organization doubled in size, gaining interest from neighboring communities. Our goal has expanded to now lead these students to academic success. We have various programs—book club, children's choir, college counseling, and one-on-one math tutoring—that offer free school guidance.
